Hello Everyone, After some reviews I was nervous about TechPunt, I have to tell you. I ordered a Xiaomi Kingsmith WalkingPad A1 Pro and Walking Pad floor protection mat. The walking pad (Xiaomi) was a pre-order, because likely all of the January New Year's resolution people had purchased all of the stock. Anyhow, during the ordering process it was very clear on the screen that I was making a pre-order, then I got a follow-up email making it clear that it was a pre-order and if I wanted the floor protection mat earlier, that I would have to transfer some shipping costs (5€) because my (partial) order was only like 30€. Being skeptical of the website I decided to pay the 5€ and see if the mat came, it did. Furthermore, the same day that the website had said that the item would be back in stock (the date that was told when I made the order), I got an Email saying that the item had been packed. 2-3 days later it arrived, well packed in an extra box so that the original package was protected and everything was great. I am not sure if they had issues in the past with backordered items or worldwide logistics issues (they do sell stuff made in China, so shipping can be an issue). But I can tell you from my recent experience today, in January and February 2024, that everything went well and you can trust to order on this website.
