This means that the camera even shows colour at night, a very unique feature! The Xiaomi IMILAB EC3 is also equipped with a number of practical features. The device can detect people so the camera automatically sends a notification to your phone when a person is in the field of view of the camera. So you always know who is in your house.

Protect your home optimally

Because the camera is temperature resistant from -20 to 60 °C and has an IP66 protection, it can easily withstand rain, snow, sun and dust. This makes the camera perfect for outdoor use! Thanks to the small dimensions of only 11.7 by 11.6 centimeters, the camera can be mounted in various places. Place it in your garden, on the stairs or for example in your shop.

The camera can be controlled via the Xiaomi Mi Home app, so you get insight into the real-time images anytime and anywhere! With the app you can also control the camera remotely. You can even use the built-in siren via the app, for example if you are notified of motion detection. All recorded images are stored (free) online in the Cloud on European Servers or on a Micro SD card with a size of up to 64GB. Unlike the Imilab EC2 No Hub is required for this.

Another impressive feature is that the camera can function as a Wi-Fi Extender. So you can even use the camera as a Wi-Fi hotspot to extend the Wi-Fi signal. In addition, the Xiaomi IMILAB EC3 can be connected to the network both wirelessly and wired. The camera has an extra long 5 metre power cord that plugs directly into the wall socket.
