I ordered an Anker Solis Max AC from Early Bird. The communication with the company, and especially with Rico, was very pleasant as a customer. Rico always kept me well informed about the delivery and went above and beyond. After arranging the delivery, I was even offered a free fixed connection, so that the home battery could be connected via a hardwired connection. Absolutely top-notch, of course. In short: a very pleasant company where service and thinking along with the customer are still held in high regard. Keep up the good work!

I placed an order with TechPunt, and both the order and the payment went smoothly. I had entered a pickup point, but that wasn't visible in my account. The DHL delivery didn't go so well at first, but it was later resolved without any problems and my order was delivered neatly to my home. Unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong color, but that can happen and still needs to be sorted out – though I'm sure it'll be fine. My experience with TechPunt is positive, because everything went clearly and smoothly, and if there's an issue, it gets resolved neatly and quickly.

After exchanging a few emails with Rico, I bought an Anker home battery at Techpunt. I'm very happy with the communication and service I've experienced so far, and I can definitely recommend Techpunt.

I found and purchased the Anker Solix MAX through Techpunt. Beforehand, I asked a few technical questions, which – with the help of AI – were answered well. They also thought along nicely with the technical installation at home. And even proactively, when it came to my question about the backup power.

The contact via email went smoothly and clearly. Agreements were reliably kept, and they even went out of their way to offer me some extra benefits! If I had to name one point for improvement: the way the payment was handled is a bit odd. I received a Mollie payment link via email. That worked fine, but I would have preferred to do it through my TechPunt page. On top of that, the final invoice for the product itself is still missing.

I ordered the Zendure Solar Flow 800 Plus home battery and it was delivered the next day. The P1 wasn't included; I called, was helped very kindly, and it was still delivered really quickly after all – fantastic!

Good value for money for the second-hand Xiaomi Pro 2 scooter. Ordered on Sunday, arrived in Ireland on Saturday. I had to re-route the brake cable because the outer sleeve was 2 cm away from the adjustment screw housing of the rear brake caliper. I didn't receive an email saying the package had been shipped, nor any tracking information.

I ordered a charger and it was delivered the very next day. Everything went exactly as described, which is why I'm giving 5 stars.

Very clear website, fast delivery and excellent material, exactly as described. What I also loved was the packaging: the suction cups were neatly placed in a matching box instead of just tossed in a bag. So everything was excellently packaged and in perfect condition.
